o Responsible for overall control and administration of the projects at site.
o Liaise with QAQC & HSE dept and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are complied at every stage of project execution.
o Motivate and bring quality and safety awareness among all involved functions & obtain the necessary inputs as per the planned schedules to meet project targets and budget.
o Ensure timely initiation of corrective and preventive actions on customer complaints/Non conforming situations during the project execution.
o Responsible for site execution activities and administration of involved functions at site.
o Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements at all phases of project execution at site.
o Monitor progress of the job and report to client and OD / attend client meetings and liaise with QAQC and HSE departments for any corrective actions necessary to meet the customer satisfaction.
o Reports to Project Manager on day to day work progress and request for additional resources to meet the work load and client site instructions.
o Responsible for HSE of people working at site, meeting client standards for the camp offices & work site. Focal point for HSE issues investigations and effective implementation of HSE inspection and HSE audit findings.
o Meeting clients regularly & issue progress reports
